Physio Spirit / Balance & dizziness
Dizzy spells, or a fall you'd rather not repeat.
Vertigo often has a mechanical cause in the inner ear that can be treated directly.
Does this sound like you?
Physiotherapy can help manage symptoms commonly associated with the problems below. What is right for you depends on an individual assessment.
- The room spins when you roll over in bed or look up
- Unsteady on your feet, holding furniture as you walk
- You have had a fall, or nearly had one
- Confidence has gone and you go out less than you did
- Diagnosed with BPPV or vertigo by your GP
- Family have started worrying about you living alone
What we actually do about it.

Vestibular assessment

Home hazard review
A home visit to sort the mat, the step and the bathroom rail.
Your first appointment.
